Aprokart Hot Air Oven  uses forced convection system which ensures  good mixing, strong dispersion and maintains higher temperature uniformity inside the chamber.

• Neoprene Door Gasket: A synthetic neoprene gasket is fitted around the double-walled door to provide an effective seal and minimize heat loss.
• User-Oriented Shelf Design: Ergonomically designed shelves allow easy adjustment of the spacing between shelves, providing flexibility to accommodate materials of different sizes without difficulty.
• Adjustable Ventilation: Two adjustable ventilation slides provide precise control over internal air and vapor circulation, ensuring effective heat distribution throughout the chamber.
• Uniform Heating: Strategically placed heating elements are positioned within the ribs at the bottom and sides of the chamber to ensure efficient and uniform heat distribution.
• Outer Body: The outer body is fabricated from high-quality PCRC sheet and finished with a durable powder coating for enhanced protection and long-lasting performance.
• Inner Chamber: The inner chamber and perforated trays are constructed from SS 304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
• Thermal Insulation: The space between the inner chamber and outer body is filled with high-grade mineral wool insulation, minimizing heat dissipation and improving energy efficiency.
• Heavy-Duty Door: The oven is equipped with heavy-duty hinges and a robust door handle, ensuring secure and reliable door closure with an effective gasket seal to minimize heat leakage.
• Easy Portability: Larger-size units are mounted on sturdy castor wheels, allowing convenient movement and positioning within the laboratory.
